Ein erfolgreicher Anbau beginnt mit der Wahl der richtigen Kartoffelsorte. Sorte, Anbauziel, Bodenart und Anbauverfahren müssen gut aufeinander abgestimmt sein.  

Die Sortendemo umfasst Sorten, die erst kürzlich eingeführt wurden, und Sorten, die schon seit langem angebaut werden.
